Cubic JT-AM5301-EV is an NDIR four-channel methane alarm designed for natural gas leak detection in residential and commercial indoor environments. 

Based on non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, the JT-AM5301-EV delivers high accuracy, excellent long-term stability, and fast response. Integrated with Cubic's self-developed NDIR four-channel methane sensor, JT-AM5301-EV is highly selective to methane and is immune to acetic acid and ethanol, effectively eliminating false alarms.

The alarm operates with consistent performance across the full temperature range and the entire measurement range of 0–100% LEL. With a fast response time, the alarm enables timely detection of methane leaks and effective early warning. The built-in sensor is maintenance-free and designed for a long lifespan of up to 10 years.

The alarm will activate an audible and visual alarm when the gas concentration in the ambient air exceeds the preset alarm threshold. It also supports valve control, allowing automatic gas shutoff when an alarm is triggered, through wired output or wireless communication via Bluetooth, as well as linkage with gas meters. In addition, the alarm supports APP-based remote real-time monitoring, alarm notifications, and data visualization. Historical data, alarm events, and system status are automatically recorded, stored, and updated, with data upload functionality enabling centralized management and traceability.

Designed for ease of application, the alarm features a compact structure, plug-and-play installation, and flexible communication configuration options, including NB-IoT and Wi-Fi, making JT-AM5301-EV a reliable, intelligent, and connected methane gas detection solution for residential and commercial indoor gas safety.
