Cubic BW-02-4CH is an NDIR four-channel propane gas sensor designed for real-time monitoring of propane (C3H8) gas leaks in residential and commercial environments.

Based on NDIR technology, the BW-02-4CH offers high selectivity to propane without the risk of high-concentration poisoning commonly associated with chemical sensing methods. The four-channel design enhances anti-interference capability to ethanol, acetic acid, and other common gases, greatly increasing accurate measurements and eliminating false alarms, improving output reading's reliability.

The sensor delivers consistently accurate performance across the full temperature range and whole measurement range of 0 to 2.2% VOL with a resolution of 0.01% VOL, ensuring precise detection of low-level leaks as well as higher concentration hazards. Measurement accuracy reaches ±3% LEL within 0–30% LEL. With a fast response time, the BW-02-4CH enables in-time alarm warning.

The sensor has a long lifespan of over 10 years for long-term operation. With the exceptional performance, BW-02-4CH is well suited for a wide range of gas safety applications, including household gas alarms, restaurant gas leak detectors, portable gas monitor for liquefied gas collection stations, and other residential and commercial applications.
