Customized Control Board

Based on outstanding R&D capabilities, and a complete automated SMT production line, Cubic is capable of manufacturing the main circuit board for oxygen concentrators. This board includes all the critical components of the oxygen concentrator, as well as gas sensors, it simplifies the manufacturing process and make it more efficient for customer’s to assemble the final oxygen concentrators.

Ultrasonic Oxygen & Flow Sensors

Adopted advanced ultrasonic sensing technology, Cubic high-precision sensors could provide accurate measurements on both oxygen concentration and flow rate. The Gasboard-7500H series sensors are specifically designed for oxygen concentrators with flow rate of 0~10LPM. The Gasboard-7500HA-BC model, in particular, has been enhanced to provide higher accuracy in the 0~2LPM range, and added temperature compensation, humidity compensation, pressure compensation, which makes this sensor the best choice for pulse oxygen concentrators integration.
