Cleanroom online particle counter OPC-6303M adopts Laser scattering technology, with a pump-suction sampling method and can accurately detect and calculate the number of suspended particles with different particle sizes in the air. The sensor can real time simultaneously output the quantity of particles in 6 channels including 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 2.5μm, 5.0μm and 10μm (PCS/m³, PCS/L or PCS/28.3L). It is a high performance-to-price ratio GMP airborne particle counter for clean room application.
